The 2014 Staffing Employee Survey offers a wealth of industry data not found anywhere else. The survey was conducted among 11,969 current (64%) and former (36%) temporary and contract employees who worked for one of 275 different staffing firms on or after Jan. 1, 2013.
The survey data afford a broad representation of the industry, with statistically valid and methodologically sound results. The overall margin of error for the study is ±0.9% at the 95% level of confidence, and larger for subgroups.
The questionnaire comprised 100 questions, shown to staffing employees based on their status of having a current or former temporary or contract assignment when taking the survey.
